David A. Tunstall - David Tunstall has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 21 years working with local and regional development firms.  In 2000 he formed The Tunstall Company, LLC succeeded by The McAleer Tunstall Company, LLC through which, as Developer and Owner/Developer, he has completed a number of projects with locations in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida and Arkansas including retail strip centers, warehousing and distribution facilities for among others Newhouse Publishing and W & O Supply, as well as, single tenant retail locations for over 17 Advance Auto Parts stores.  Tunstall has spent his career managing, leasing and brokering portfolios of retail, office and multifamily projects across the Southeast. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Alabama and a member of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors

Michael S. McAleer - Mike McAleer has spent over 18 years in Commercial Real Estate. A graduate of Springhill College in Economics, he earned a second degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. McAleer worked 15 years for one of the leading developers along the Gulf Coast leasing and managing office buildings, retail shopping centers, warehousing and distribution facilities.  Companies McAleer has worked with in his career include Shoe Show, Citi Trends, Dollar General, Pizza Hut, Badcock Furniture, Marble Slab, Pets Mart, Kinko's, Michael's Arts and Crafts, Books A Million, Quizno's, Fantastic Sam's, Countrywide, Hungry Howies, Super Cuts, State Farm, AllState, Keller Williams, Federal Express, UPS, W&O Supply, PODS, AmPac Tires, Royal Cup, WTI, Charrett, RiteWay, Simplex Grinnell.  Upon formation of The McAleer Tunstall Company, LLC with David Tunstall, McAleer has continued to lease, manage and broker commercial real estate assets representing landlords and tenants with a client base that is both regional and local.  McAleer is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Alabama and a member of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, the Mobile Commercial Exchange Club and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce

Scott Chambliss - Commercial Agent
Scott Chambliss joined The McAleer Tunstall Company, LLC in 2006.  A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, he has been a licensed realtor since 2003. Chambliss has experience in retail, office and warehouse leasing as well as brokerage.

Angela C. Tunstall - Commercial Agent
Angela C. Tunstall is the newest addition to our sales and marketing team. Prior to her return to the real estate industry, she spent a decade in sales and marketing positions with Waste Management, Inc. and Willstaff Worldwide having received recognition from both companies with national sales awards.  Originally licensed to sell real estate in 1994, Angela has experience in retail and office management/leasing as well as, multifamily properties management and leasing.  Angela is an active member of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, Junior League of Mobile, Child Day Care Association – Board of Directors, as well as, a past President of the Mobile Area Apartment Association

Angie Holland - Administrative Manager
Angie Holland has been in commercial property management for 11 years, working with The Tunstall Co., LLC since 2000 followed by The McAleer Tunstall Co, LLC.  She has experience in all aspects of property management including bookkeeping, building maintenance and marketing with the ultimate goal of exceeding our client's expectations by maximizing the potential of each property.
Angie served in the Army National Guard for eight years and is a Persian Gulf War Veteran
